RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.
Refunds: Upon successful inspection and approval of your return, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider's policies.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
